Return Process
Customers may initiate a return through their Finysta account or by contacting customer support. Once the request is verified, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 48–72 hours. Returned products undergo quality inspection before the refund is processed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only after verifying the returned item’s condition. If the product is damaged by the customer or shows signs of misuse, the refund may be denied.

- Finysta Wallet
- Bank transfer
Processing time may vary between 3–7 working days.
Exchange Policy
Clothing items are eligible for size exchanges if the requested size is available. Exchanges are not permitted for color preferences or personal dislikes.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations must follow the return process.
Damaged or Wrong Item Delivery
Customers must report such issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. Photo or video proof may be required.
Return Pickup Rules
If the customer is unavailable during pickup attempts, the pickup may be rescheduled. Repeated failures may invalidate the return.
